 Provide full property management, leasing and accounting services
Prepare RFP's for scheduled contract work. NRP requires proper licensing and insurance with all contractural agreements. This would include, but not be limited too, T.I. build out, annual operating contracts and new construction agreements. NRP will require that the owner be listed as additional insured on all contracts.
Evaluate proposals; provide recommendation
Monitor contracts, ensure contractor compliance
Provide after-hours emergency assistance
Preventative Miantenance Procedures on all mechanical systems

Budget projections, establishing operating procedures and maintenance of proper records for audits and tax reports are but a few of the areas of expertise required to provide successful management services. Our data processing systems are state of the art, with detailed reporting capabilities.
National Realty Partners utilizes the Jenark property management software system. Over the last two decades, Jenark has proven to be a dependable, consistent provider for management software systems. Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Receive association invoices
Review invoices and approve for payment
Process payroll (if required) and file related tax forms
Reconcile bank accounts
Prepare monthly financial statements
Monitor overdue accounts and work with collection attorney
Prepare and provide assistance with yearly budget
Provide annual accounting information and work with accountant to complete year-end audit and
tax returns
Maintain owner database
