A History of Growth

National Realty Partners (NRP) is a full service real estate company with headquarters in Northern Virginia. A sister company of National Corporate Housing, NRP has experienced a history of robust growth.

National was incorporated in June of 1999, its original offices based in Reston, Virginia. By the following year, we had offices in Philadelphia, Denver, and Miami. In June of 2002 we developed our Southern California office, and by February 2004 we had both expanded our Denver branch, and established offices in Dallas, Texas. We formed Apartment Outfitters in March of 2004 and by 2005 had expanded into Northern California. National Realty Partners was established also in 2005, acquiring its first office building in that year. Today NRP delivers a full range of real estate services, including multi-family, commercial and association management.

Having now expanded into Austin, Chicago, and Atlanta, National will continue to focus on delivering the highest quality products and services. Our vision is to be recognized as the best quality service provider in our industry.
