Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Receive association invoices
Review invoices and approve for payment
Pay association bills
Process payroll (if required) and file related tax forms
Reconcile bank accounts
Prepare monthly financial statements
Monitor overdue accounts and work with collection attorney
Prepare and provide assistance with association's yearly budget
Provide annual accounting information and work with accountant to complete year-end audit and
tax returns
